CODE OF CONDUCT

Respect the Player
Under the Radar Gaming maintains a standard of respect among its members and other gamers. We respect the opinions of players, but if they get offended by anything you are saying or doing you need to stop and change the subject immediately.

Under the Radar requires that every member displays honesty, fairness and integrity at all times.

Respect the Game
You need to respect the gamers that want to game legitimately. If you want to boost, play match made private lobbies with mods, make sure that all parties involved agree upon what you are proposing. If even one person in the lobby doesn't want to agree to the terms then you MAY NOT boost, mod, etc. You MAY NOT modify game files in a public room where none of the parties are consenting to the changes. Do not use any game glitches that would impact the game play or make scoring impossible for the opposing team.

Respect the Rules
Under the Radar has many institutional rules and regulations that help keep our community operational. Members are required to follow all rules to the best of their ability.

Members who leave Under the Radar on bad terms and/or are banned from the Under the Radar community will be permanently expelled and will not be allowed to return. Bad terms is defined as, but not limited to, violating any policy or leaving uTR community without explanation. Only a Colonel has the authority to reverse a member’s banned or bad term status. Members who are banned from the uTR community must first notify and receive consent from their Commander prior to applying to the Colonels for a reversal of their banned status. All respective parties must then present their case to the Colonels for a ruling and decision.

A member may only leave uTR Gaming on good terms provided that they inform their commander and Major of their reasons prior to their departure and it is deemed by both the commander and Major to be on good terms. Members who leave uTR on good terms, may apply for reinstatement to the uTR community to be approved by the branch that the member left from overseeing Major. Commanders cannot solely approve a past member to rejoin the uTR Community under any circumstance. Members who have departed the Under the Radar Gaming community on good terms must first notify and receive approval from their Commander. The commander and member involved must then get final approval from their Major.

Members may request to transfer from one Under the Radar Gaming Branch / Community to another. Members must first seek approval from both their commander and Major. The Major must then notify and seek the approval of both the commander and Major in the branch/ community that the member wishes to transfer into.

Members of uTR are not allowed to be members of any other organized gaming community and/or clan. Casual association with another community or clan is allowed. Members that are a part of or leave the uTR community to join another organized gaming community and/or clan will be permanently expelled from Under the Radar Gaming and will not be allowed to return to the uTR Community.

Members are not allowed to be registered users on another gaming community’s forum and the Under the Radar Gaming forums. Members that are found to be registered on another communities website / forums will have their accounts permanently removed and/banned from the uTR forums.

Joining Under the Radar Gaming
Recruits must be at least 17 years of age. If a potential recruit is 16 years old, they may be brought in with the direct approval of their Major of the branch / community they are joining.

Privates must register on the website within one (1) to three (3) weeks of the day of their recruitment. Private's must register using their gamer tag and, in the required field state which Under The Radar Gaming branch they have joined. Accounts will not be activated unless the above-noted rules are followed. Forum accounts that are inactive for a period of 3 months or more will be removed.


Regulations of Under the Radar Gaming
Anyone being recruited into in Under the Radar Gaming must be given a recruiting Oath.
Upon finalization of the entry process the new recruit will be given access to files that contains a rank structure and code of conduct.

Staff privileges will be given to a new commander upon promotion.

Every branch/ community is required to have a minimum of one (1) scheduled meeting every week.

Clan/ Branch reports must be sent in at least once a month, prior to the 1st of each month.

No person of any rank is eligible to promote another person to that same rank. Exceptions exist at top ranks in Under the Radar Gaming (I.E. The Colonels)


Respect The Chain of Command
Under the Radar Gaming community maintains a standard of respect among its members. Members must follow the chain of command at all times. Members are asked to refer to a person of higher rank than you with any questions or issues.

Under the Radar has procedures by which members can return to the uTR community and transfer from one uTR Branch to another referred to in the Respect the Rules section of the Code of Conduct. The Chain of Command must be followed at all times during these procedures. If the procedures are not followed, the consequences for this infraction are demotion or removal from the Under the Radar Gaming community. No excuse will be valid.

Clan bashing and Poaching will not be tolerated and there will be a zero tolerance for this type of behavior.

Poaching Definition: meaning you cannot tell someone you think they should come over to this gaming community if they are presently in a gaming community
